This lisianthus variety produces fully double flowers and grows to about 20 inches in height. Lisianthus is notoriously a slow grower, but the flowers are so worth the wait when they come mid to late summer. They can be planted out a couple weeks before the last frost as their roots prefer cool weather while getting established. Plants do best in full sun with well-draining soil. The foliage doesn't like to stay moist, which makes them a bit finicky to grow here in rainy PNW springs. But once they hit their growth spurt, they produce fabulous flowers.
