Also known as honeywort or "shrimp plant," this amazing plant is a showstopper! The first time I saw one in a garden, I had to immediately stop and take pictures and figure out what it was. Cerinthe makes lovely greenery in bouquets, and it's unique violet-blue "bells" add a pop of color and enchantment.
